Trypillya restaurant and hotel complex presented to its guests new delicious and healthy dishes, on January 24, 2012
Galina Loseva who is the “Mother” of Trypillya restaurant welcomed guests with a generous table, on January 24.
Guests had the opportunity to enjoy the amazing art of food styling by Galina Loseva. By the way, she is a world-class cookery judge and sometimes gives a Food Design Master Classes.
There were a lot of tasty dishes such as “varenyky” and dumplings with cabbage, meat, apple and cherry, “krovyanka” and home-made sausage, “zrazy” with pike-perch and capers, “kulebyaka” with meat, home-made pickles and mushrooms which were grown on the Ukrainian soil.
“Trypillya is a fire, clay and warm from hands”, Galina Loseva noticed while guests were enjoying a meal. Both Galina Loseva and the Chief always try to improve the unique character of every dish. That`s why such original dishes as “Mother Frying-Pan”, “Shin in Bread Dough Coat” and “Shin with Herbs in keg” have been added to the menu.
Galina Loseva announced that they`re always try to satisfy the taste of every guest not only with tasty food but healthy one! So, all natural and organic food products are bought directly from the local farmers.
In addition, all poultry menu is cooked using the meat of wild animals from their own hunting farm in Vinnytsya region. There are “Baked Roe-Deer Shin”, “Rack of Wild Boar with Pickled Watermelon”, “Poultry Cutlet” and other dishes.
The culmination of lunch was testing a porridge with cracklings, onions and mushrooms which was cooked by the Chief on the “Mother Frying-Pan” in everyone`s presence. And that delicious porridge was served in pumpkin!
And of course, Galina Loseva couldn`t let any guest to go with empty hands. She gave everyone Trypillyan bread which is baked according to the ancient recipes.
It`s become a tradition that the “Mother” of Trypillya restaurant treats everyone generously and heartfully.
