Trypillia restaurant being situated outside of a city combines not only the best traditions of a recreation facility but is also the most faithful reminder of culture and way of life of our ancestors. The architects and designers, worked on the interior, succeeded in reconstruction of the elements of ancient Trypilian civilization and without unnecessary kitsch reproduced the comfortable atmosphere.
The restaurant entrance is decorated, probably, with the biggest ceramic vase in Ukraine – the symbol of Trypilian culture. Passing it by you cannot but feel the overflow of emotions similar to excitement before everything sacred and eternal.
Main restaurant hall is two-storied spacious round room. Places at the big stone fireplace are recommended to romantics. The second floor would be appropriate for groups to 50 persons or two separate companies to 10 guests would feel perfect in VIP-rooms. Summer terrace on a fine day seats to 40 persons. For those who prefer a generous meal outside it will be comfortable under the umbrella in the shade of trees. Here, but in ten light covered places – alcove – to six visitors can find a private place to stay. Usually, they are reserved beforehand, preferably serving the specialty of the house – Tripilian duck. Summer bar is in great favour among young people: a company to 20 persons will not miss a chance to try a new cocktail and see flaring show. Winter house for 20 persons is chosen by older guests: there is a fireplace, karaoke, warm and cosy atmosphere inside. Kids’ ground under babysitter care, games, attractions, puppet show are especially for the youngest and fidgety.
If it is appropriate to use the term “home” to restaurant then Trypilia is just this case. Thanks to its rich cultural heritage, the restaurant menu is so close and delicious for each Ukrainian. It is worth coming at least to try bread baked here according to own recipe based on ancient developments of Trypilian cooks!
After being refreshed with mundane food, it is high time to turn to spiritual food.
Trypilia restaurant tends to support Ukrainian art workers arranging private picture and sculpture exhibitions. Here, miniature festivals of Ukrainian folklore take place, it is visited by the representatives of different creative professions demonstrating their talents. Everyone who wants can take pottery courses and create a piece of pottery as a souvenir according to the ancient Tripilian technology. And historical museum, or better to say museum areas with exact copies of items of that time – only complete a unique aura of this place.
